The County Durham Probation Board has undertaken to adopt and maintain a scheme for the publication of Probation Service information. We are committed to the principles of openness embodied in the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and will release information to the greatest extent possible, consistent with the public interest.
To view any publications available from our website, via our Freedom of Information Act Publication Scheme, use the "Publication Scheme" links in the menu panel down the left side of the screen.
If you are looking for information which is not available via our website, you can make a request, either online or on paper, by completing one of the application forms below. If we do hold the information you have requested, and if we are able to release it, there may be an administrative charge. If this is the case, we will contact you with further details.
